This is a single, two-hour session to change you from a smoker to a non-smoker. If you have decided to quit smoking when you come in for your session you will leave as a non-smoker. You have to decide to do this for you and you alone. If you do this because other people are pressuring you to do it, it will not work. Be the new healthier you.
