Stress & Relaxation

There is good and bad stress. Stress is a response to stimuli in your environment, also known as your fight or flight response. In today's modern society, some people are constantly in the fight or flight mode. The mode is designed to get us out of danger and works by the brain diverting your body's resources. Eventually it will start to cause damage to the body. So we have to create a balance and manage it in our lives. Hypnosis can help bring the balance back in line.

One-on-one sessions
, $75 per session
These are tailor-made hypnosis sessions to help you decompress and relax. The feedback comments from these sessions includes how relaxed they feel and that they have never felt this level of relaxation before.

Classes, $10 per class
This is not tailored to a specific person and you are with up to 20 other people. If you are not looking for anything specific, this works well. Some people are a bit nervous of hypnosis, and this is a great way of experiencing hypnosis with a friend or family. It is only 20 minutes long and is what I call the best nap ever, even though you are not asleep.
